This VIP Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into by and between NUTMEG GAMES, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") who subscribes to and becomes a VIP Member of NUTMEG GAMES VIP Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as the "VIP Program"). By enrolling in the VIP Program, the Member agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. VIP Membership Eligibility:

1.1 Membership in the VIP Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

1.2 VIP Membership is available to both new and existing customers.

2. Membership Benefits:

2.1 VIP Members shall be entitled to exclusive benefits, which may include but is not limited to:

a. Priority access to new products and services. b. Special discounts and promotions. c. Personalized offers and recommendations. d. Invitations to VIP-only events.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate VIP Program benefits at its discretion, with or without notice to the Member.

2.3 Limit one discounted ticket per person, per event.  Event Discounts apply to one ticket per order through the Company website or at the in-store Point of Sale.  If more than one ticket is purchased in the same order, the discount will be split across all tickets purchased.  

3. Membership Fees:

3.1 VIP Membership may be offered free of charge or subject to a monthly or annual fee, as determined by the Company and published on its website.  

3.2 Prices are subject to change from time-to-time.  The Company reserves the right to modify the membership fee, if applicable, with 30 days' notice to the Member.

3.3  VIP Membership fees must be paid via debit, credit, or Company gift cards, may not be paid in conjunction with any discount or alternate payment method, including store credit, employee discounts, sales, B3G1, or other promotional discounts.  

4. Membership Term:

4.1 VIP Membership is valid during the enrollment by the Member, only.  Term length is for one month (for monthly membership) or 365 days (for annual membership).  

4.2 The Member may renew their membership at the end of each term, subject to payment of the monthly or annual fee (if applicable).  Payment of this fee is equivalent to reenrollment in the program's term.  

5. Termination of Membership:

5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member's VIP Membership at its discretion, with or without cause, by providing notice to the Member via email or written letter.

5.2 The Member may also terminate their VIP Membership at any time by notifying the Company in writing or by terminating their VIP Membership on the Company's website.  

6. Privacy and Data Usage:

6.1 The Company may collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  By enrolling in the VIP Program, the Member consents to such data collection and usage.

7. Governing Law:

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

8. Entire Agreement:

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Member concerning the VIP Program and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Company's website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

By enrolling in the VIP Program, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these VIP Membership Terms and Conditions and the Community Code of Conduct, as posted on the Company website.
